Grit, Grace & Purpose LLC, d/b/a The Sarah Card
Effective Date: August 13, 2026 | thesarahcard.com

1. Introduction
Grit, Grace & Purpose LLC, doing business as The Sarah Card ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the
website thesarahcard.com (the "Site") and provides speaking, coaching, and related services (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the
choices and rights available to you. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices
described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing
address, when you submit a contact form, request information, or sign up for updates.

• Scheduling and booking information, such as appointment details and preferences, when you book a call
or session through our scheduling platform, HoneyBook.

• Payment information, once online payment processing is enabled through HoneyBook. Full payment card
details are collected and processed directly by HoneyBook; we do not store complete card numbers on our
own systems.

• Communications you send us, including messages, testimonials, or feedback you choose to share.

• Automatically collected technical information, such as IP address and browser type, generated through
normal Site hosting. As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not use third-party analytics or
advertising tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, on the Site. If that changes, we will
update this Policy and, where required by law, request your consent first.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the Services you request
• Schedule and manage coaching and speaking engagements
• Process payments for Services, once online payment is enabled
• Send administrative communications, such as booking confirmations and updates
• Send marketing communications, such as newsletters or event announcements, where you have opted in
• Maintain and improve the Site and our Services
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With HoneyBook, our scheduling and payment service provider, to the extent necessary to manage bookings and, once enabled, process payments. HoneyBook processes this information under its own privacy policy and applicable data protection agreements.

• With other service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as email delivery or website hosting, under confidentiality obligations.

• When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our clients, or others.

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
As of the effective date of this Policy, the Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Site and its embedded HoneyBook scheduling widget may use strictly necessary cookies required for the widget to function, such as maintaining your scheduling session. Because we do not currently track visitors for advertising or analytics purposes, we do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. This Policy will be updated with a Do Not Track disclosure if tracking technology is added in the future.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including the right to:
• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Access a copy of that information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Residents of a growing number of other states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas, have similar rights under their own comprehensive privacy laws. More than twenty states have enacted such laws as of 2026, and the list continues to expand, so this section should be reviewed periodically.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@thesarahcard.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law, typically 45 days, with a possible extension where permitted.

8. California Notice (CalOPPA)
Consistent with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, this Policy is posted in a location reasonably accessible to visitors, describes the categories of personal information we collect, and explains how you can request changes to your information by contacting us as described in Section 7.

9. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us information may contact us at info@thesarahcard.com.

10. Email and Text Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you may receive administrative communications and, if you opt in, marketing communications from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, standard message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Visitors
The Site is intended primarily for visitors located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

13. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including HoneyBook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
