Lay Your Cards on the Table: Honest Leadership for People Building Lives
in the Tension Between Ambition and Presence
I am a business owner, speaker, and executive coach who built an 8-figure construction company, and then walked away from the version of myself I'd outgrown. I speak on identity, leadership, and what it actually takes to stop playing someone else's game. "I was created to build a life that means something"
That meant building multiple companies, raising three boys, and more high-stakes decisions than I can count.
What it also meant, eventually, was getting honest about the rules I was following, the identity I was performing, and the hand I'd been holding onto long after it stopped
serving me.
I didn't find leadership in a boardroom. I found it in the hard moments, the struggles, the failures. The ones that forced me to decide who I actually was and what I was actually
willing to bet on.
That's what I bring to every stage.

Mindset shifts & tools to help you play a new hand.
High performers are often the last to admit what's already over. This talk confronts the identities, habits, and relationships leaders are still carrying and shows them how letting go is the first move, not the last resort.
Dead Man's Hand
Most leaders are playing a game someone else designed. This talk dismantles the rules you never chose and hands your audience the framework to write their own. Built for leaders ready to stop managing their image and start owning their identity.
How to rewrite the rules and change the game.
The Game You’re Playing
The hardest leadership decision isn't what to build, it's what to walk away from. I share the real story of leaving a business I helped scale to 8-figures, and why folding with intention is one of the most powerful moves a leader can make.
