These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website thesarahcard.com (the "Site") and the speaking, coaching, and related services (the "Services") offered by Grit, Grace & Purpose LLC, doing business as The Sarah Card ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to engage our Services or submit information through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Services
We provide public speaking, coaching, and related educational content. Details of specific engagements, packages, and pricing are described separately at the time of booking.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
Bookings and, where enabled, payments are processed through our third-party scheduling and payment provider, HoneyBook. By booking a session, you agree to HoneyBook's applicable terms in addition to these Terms. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable. Purchases of products, including courses and curriculum, are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

7. No Professional, Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Coaching and speaking services provided by the Company are for general educational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult an appropriate licensed professional before making decisions based on information received through our Services.

8. Results and Testimonials Disclaimer
Any testimonials, case studies, or results shared on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for you. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.
Consistent with FTC guidance on endorsements and testimonials, any results shown represent the experience of the specific individuals featured and should not be construed as typical or expected.

The Site integrates with third-party services, including HoneyBook, for scheduling and payment processing. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of these third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, may be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. An arbitration clause is deliberately left out of this draft; add one only after your attorney confirms it fits your consumer base and your preference, since arbitration clauses carry their own enforceability rules.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and Services.
